I have been using CasperTech products for years: first CasperRent for my residential community, and now CasperVend for my store. These systems are perfect for sales and rentals.
Beyond the products, I want to highlight the exceptional human touch of their support. When my Second Life account was hacked, I panicked and created a new account. I suddenly worried: “What about all the products in my store?” So I contacted CasperTech to ask if I could have any control over the products from my hacked account to use them with my new account. I explained I had opened a ticket with Second Life and asked if I should repurchase the system.
A support agent replied very quickly, saying it was not possible to modify the system from my hacked account, and that I would need to repurchase it. But just moments later, after our conversation about my issue had ended, and without expecting it, I received a message from Mr. Casper Warden. He informed me he had escalated the issue to Second Life, measures were taken to block my account, and I would get an email within minutes to reset my password and restore my account. In just a few moment, the situation was resolved.
Through this, I discovered their great professional humanity, showing genuine care while dealing with a stressful situation involving compromised accounts. It affected not only my Second Life account, but also almost all my real-life accounts, all the way to my fiscal account connected to the French government.
Because of this, it was truly comforting to see someone instinctively reach out in good faith to help me. For Mr. Warden, it may have been a small gesture, but for me it was an immense relief. Being able to quickly recover my account allowed me to focus on addressing everything else that was being compromised, and it took a huge weight off my shoulders.
I highly recommend this product. Based on my experience, you can also see that behind it is a team who genuinely cares, going far beyond standard support.
