A set of detailed and stylish geodesic glass domes constructed with flexibility in mind. Featuring 64m and 32m default size versions and 6 doorway arrangement for each, the domes make for a great, unique and stylish addition to any modern or futuristic sim both on the ground and in the sky. The domes also come with adapters to connect to the ~isil~ Modular Scifi kits.

Q: Can I connect the domes to the ~isil~ Modular Corridor systems?
A; Yes! Adapters are included for both the 32m and 64m dome doorways.
Q: Why is the floor a prim?
A: The ground prim is meant to be easily customizable to allow replacement with either custom terrain or access from below instead of through the doorways. In addition, a large simple round prim is fixed at 1 land impact regardless of size as in the case of mesh.
Q: Why are some of the large 64m domes coalesced objects instead of a single linkset?
A: The large size prevents the doorways from linking to the root due to hardcoded SL linking distance limits. This applies to the 2-4 doorway versions.
Q: Can I make the dome larger / smaller?
A: Yes! Start with a dome close to your desired size (32 or 64m versions) and stretch as needed. Note that land impact will change based on size, especially in the case of stretching to a maximum of 128x128m.
In addition, to stretch beyond 64m, you may need to unlink the parts first to bypass the maximum link distance limit.

This is a solid purchase. I love walking in this dome. The picture here well represents its appearance.
Perfect in design
Last year, we used the larger version of the dome for our snowy planet, Vanargand and created a massive waterfall/hab dome with it. This year we recreated the habdome with the smaller version for Planet Idun.
The dome has many uses and is fantastic for whatever environment you have.

Lovely
This dome is lovely, I am using it with the modular room kit to make a small space station it will be lovely! I had hoped the walkway shown in some of the photos and the in world display was included but it is from there store so I can get it!

Incredibly Beautiful
I had an issue that was my own doing and the creator came over and helped me correct it. Which was wonderful. Now that i know my mistake i will be using these for a few plans of scenes i make for roleplays. Thank you for the awesome and quick support to fix something that i did. Awesome product too, very beautiful and well made, i love the design and not some flat texture either. This is, imo, the best dome on Marketplace and a wonderful creator!
Wonderful Realism
This is not just another glass dome. Most other domes are just dull textured and lifeless, but the Materials is what makes this dome really stand out as superior! The glinty and reflective glass panels and emissive lights really bring it to life and add a high level of realism. Five thumbs up. :)
It is also compatible with the corridor kits and other isil things, which is a nice bonus.
