MALIBU BEACH HOUSE PART-MESH

The Malibu Beach House is an outstanding contemporary home brought to you by La Galleria. The house by itself, without the courtyard or landscaping, is only 81 prims and has a footprint of 30m x 32m. Some elements of the house are mesh. See below for the entire list of what is included with this home.

The Malibu is an open plan contemporary home. The living room features an incredible fountain under an open staircase setting the dramatic stage for your entertainment. Recessed lighting and golden edging around windows adds to the modern style of the home.

The upstairs master suite is a generous space with room enough for a suite of furniture and more. There is an attached bath area with room for a soaker tub, shower, dressing table and all the accouterments. The bathroom set comes with a 20% discount when purchased with the home.

The upstairs has another bedroom which La Galleria has cleverly turned into a posh bar entertainment setting. This room would also make a handsome study area. There are 2 large terraces on this level too perfect for your outdoor set of furniture.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REZZING AND MODIFYING YOUR HOUSE.
For privacy, this house has windows that display a closed-blind look from outside, on L click of wall switches. The inside textures do not change.

Rez this box, click Open, and copy contents to inventory.

The box contains a Rez Box to enable you to easily move the house and courtyard. Just rez the box and move it around. Make sure the final position is aligned to the grid.

MODIFYING YOUR HOUSE

Your house is completely modifable (see note at top regarding megaprims). Remember when you make changes, save copies - if you use the house rezzer, it will rez the original only, not your modified version.

COURTYARD
Use the included picture to see how to place it. The walls cannot be stretched but you can use the piece of wall to make your own.

FISH
Rez fish above the pool. Go to VIEW > HIGHLIGHT TRANSPARENT. Move the fish so that the invisible (now red) ball is above the center of the pool but the fish is just below the water.

WHEN YOU ARE DONE MODIFYING SOMETHING

Take a copy!

You should lock your house in the Object tab. This will not only prevent you from accidentally deleting your house but prevent "prim drift" -- over time prims will move slightly and you will begin to see seams and misalignment, unless the build is locked.
