By purchasing this product you will have some builds and matching pieces which are fully customizable, copy & mod items. You need to have "basic building" skills to edit these builds and unfortunately I am not the person to teach it. If you don't know what you do, please do not unlink the build. Unlinking the builds will cause scripts get broken. Resizing will cause your build have different land impact counts on your sim.

All the builds have 4 useful floors, roof floor is closed and useless. Roads are not included.

Introducing the parts:
1. *** rojo *** Mon Cher Corner Build stand alone costs 215Li on a sim and you need at least 24x24 meters parcel to rez it, bigger land recommended because it is a huge build. Height of the building is approximately 31 meters high. Inside doors on first floor are for decoration, closed and unscripted in this version.

2. *** rojo *** Mon Cher Corner Build 2 is 213Li and decoration doors are removed from the first version of this build.

3. Corner build with plain walls is prepared to use stand alone, connections will not work with this piece because it has no doors inside. Of course it is up to your building skills to connect it to another piece. :) No mesh wall pieces or shelvings on this build. It is 166Li.

4. Yes you can use 2,3 or 4 builds together which is up to your taste and land availability. Connection is available only on first floor on every build. Connection pieces are useless parts if you don't want to connect builds. Please see the sheet to see how to:
