Buy with caution
For use as a simple small boat dock as in some of the pictures this dock is just fine and looks really nice. However, to try and use it as a "kit" to build something larger and grander, I cannot say I would recommend it.
To explain it better, the Long dock and connecting piece work just fine if you want a longer pier, but the dock end is a specialized piece and far from generic. To attempt to use it in any other context just doesn't work. In my case, I attempted to use some of the larger "dock ends" as a main dock along the shore with the "long dock" sticking out as piers to form a couple slips. My boat is rather big and each slip would have needed two opposing dock ends. Since the dock end has posts in the center as well as the corners, this ended up making posts sticking up out of the center of the dock with alternating missing support boards underneath. If a "generic" piece had been provided of that size I could have really gone to town with this kit. But unfortunately in its present configuration I simply cannot use it for my purpose and will need to buy another kit or make something myself. Study it closely before making a buying decision to make sure it can fit your needs.
The best I could find.
I searched the Mp for mesh docks and tried a few, this set was the best I could find of all of 'em. I would have been content with just a nice simple dock, which is all I really wanted. However, this set also comes with some very nice animations, all easily adjustable. Plus, there's two compete sets, one with animations and one without. IMO, well worth the price.
