KEY WEST COTTAGE HOUSE

Last summer I visited Key West -- loved the pastel colored houses with white trim and shutters (to fend off hurricanes). Of course, I was thinking "I want to make one of those". So I have started with a little one, the Key West Cottage, in a creamy yellow.

The KEY WEST COTTAGE has a footprint of 30 X 25 and a prim count of 67, not including optional items listed below. It rezzes in one piece, no rez box needed.

For privacy, this house has windows that display a closed-shutter look from outside, on touch. The inside textures do not change.

Also included are copyable and modifiable:
