Workshop - Original House
JAMY'S SHOP - HOUSES & PREFABS
======================
This wonderful workshop is amazing and when you'll use it, you'll ask yourself if you are still in SL or in RL !
It's so realistic with a great view through industrial windows,
the projected shadow (that is removable by clicking on it) on the floor, the neons that switch automatically at night, the portrait of Serge Gainsbourg inlaid in the wall and a great poster of the General Transatlantic Company.
One great room 20 x 20 with original textures, Graffittis on the exterior walls. Porch.
3 Blinds on the bay window. The blinds open and close with nice original sound.
Perfect for a workshop.

Nice for an abandoned building
I didn't realize when I bought this that it's No Copy/ No Mod. No Copy items are very bad when SL likes to eat stuff. No Mod is bad for me, because I hoped I could lower the prims even more.
The textures are very nice, so I probably would have bought this even if I had realized it was No Copy/ No Mod. I bought it for a use on The Wastelands sim, & I think it fits in fine, even though it's one of the least damaged buildings here. The windows along the back let in plenty of light, yet still look appropriately grungy. There seems to be something wrong with the fluorescent light, though. When I touch it, it goes on, but then goes right back off again. I should probably treat it like the electricity doesn't work anyhow.
Overall, I think the price is a little high for a No Copy/ No Mod building with some problems, but I'm happy with it because it looks so nice, light & hospitable. - Great for a shop, studio, or repurposed post-apocalyptic home.
