This is a 128 x128 m platform with landscaping.
all together, it counts 203 prims (+ 1 prim rez box)
I made this 1/4 SIM as a "rental-platform". It has a Landings Space and from there walkways to the 4 homes.
All homes are surrounded by hills and have a nice landscaped garden.
Of course you can delete the houses and gardens and make your own landscaping/house building. Its all up to you ;)
The houses are 25 prims each and have a fireplace. The gardens around the houses are 15 prims each.
You can of course put more 1/4 together if you need it sim wide.

Wow I am impressed, the houses are gorge0us lovely textures the set up gives total privacy, super low prims, I manage a large estate.. I would rent this myself! The price is a fraction of what it should be. Very happy with this. You saved me hours of work.
