New updated version with new materials, re-meshes and minor cosmetic difference than what is pictured here (see this in-world). Also, all new advanced 3.0 door system allows "typing free" management for the doors. Simply click on door and hold for the owner/manager menu. Assign regular users or managers to each door, scan and add nearby avatars without needing to enter their names.

"An engineering marvel..."
I have found several uses for this low prim building. Being modifiable I was able to make it fit a smaller parcel and even add a second floor. The roll up door and working lights make this a fun building to work in. I'm sure you will agree with my five star rating.
