Four level building with 16 apartments. Custom mesh construction for low land impact, and custom textures and materials. Lockable doors. Front and rear windows. Front windows come with touch-operated blinds, rear windows are touch tint (must be touched from the inside).

New advanced 3.0 door system allows typing free management for the doors. Simply click on door and hold for the owner/manager menu. Assign regular users or managers to each door, scan and add nearby avatars without needing to enter their names.
