Notes:
Based on Hunter house sculpt map, this is 6 LI Witch House. It is mossy house build on the top of huge trunk.
It is not decorative, but full living house.
No furniture other then fireplace.

Size is 7.8x7.8x11 meters. so suits even very tiny parcels.
6 LI means takes 6 prims from yours land.
It has smooth animated door working on collide (means you just move forward and it opens). It has particle emitter fireplace. Actively uses Advanced Lightning Model effects, like projecting lights, material effects, windows have transparent glass effect.
House has random spooky sounds effect, generates every 2-3 minutes.
All scripts custom written by me. Adjustable only door script. No security, Use way move effective security orbs by third party creators.
There are no any poses, or avatar animations, to enter house just walk by stairs and push door with own body.
To switch on/off fire, click tiny charcoal part sticks out of fireplace grate.
How to:

Modification:
- House not uses any special texture at all. Only regular textures. so can be modified to way you want, just using ANY texture you have or may have.
So if you don't like some textures, you may use yours own to have best result. You just operate the same like with any other prim in SL, first select face (even on sculpt) then change texture.
- While it is modify and you can link unlink prims, fireplace script hardcored to link numbers, so if you unlink link something, you possible broke it.
You must keep link order to able to link unlink without braking script, if you not sure how to do that, ask yours most experienced friends.
If you do not like trunk part, you can always just sink house in to ground up to it base.
Caveats:
- Although it is sculpt and mesh parts, depends on how busy region can take noticeable time to load, so you still may see mess shapes before shape final formation. As I am building on bad connection it loads in moment for me, but my guess for someone's connection can be even worse.

a really like this cage.was looking for one that is a bit more extraodinary and found this one here-exactly what i was looking for.
i linked it to a post stand and made a pillow with poses that now is inside and my golden slave cage was done.
