Another Austin Liam classic!
Super realistic and cozy boat house with separate docks and tons of details and extra elements like bouys, table, Cape Cod art etc. You can mod the boathouse to be larger. Boat entrance has a realistic rolling opening door. I love the bay window for scenic views. The best thing about Austin's products is Austin himself. Very responsive and generous artist. Support him and buy his builds!

Seriously great boathouse
I keep coming back to this store, and this is the reason why. I've been putting out rental houses for more than 13 years in our gulf-coast themed estate, and out of the numerous boathouses I've purchased this one is, by far, the best ever. Anything I say in praise of it is an understatement. Richly and realistically detailed, easy to work with, and a fun living space for our residents!
