Approximately 18 x 16 meters. This is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment skybox. It has seen better days, with slightly grungy walls and old tile in the bathroom. It has been constructed so that each room can be re-textured separately. Unlinking will increase prim count.

Loved and tricked it out heavily
This is one of my favorite apartments on SL! So easy to mod and super low price/land impact makes it a no brainer for builders to use.
