Old Apartment

The old apartment has a footprint of approximately 16 x 12 square meters. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment skybox. It has seen better days, with slightly grungy walls and old tile in the bathroom. It has been constructed so that the walls in each room can be re-textured separately.

This build was made with my own wall textures, which are found in the related items below. You can use them to 'paint' individual rooms or walls seamlessly.

Normally it has 14 land impact, but it has a faux front door that could be removed to make the skybox only 12 land impact. Unlinking the entire skybox will increase prim count.
