This is a small, two-story home with a footprint of about 13x12 square meters. There are two versions included. One with more elaborate front steps, railing for the staircase, a couple extra windows, and a small room on the first floor. The super trim version is for those who really need to watch their prim count. It lacks railing, two windows, and the separate room downstairs. Of course, it is modifiable, so you can modify it to your heart's content.
In both versions, the upstairs is one big open space, with slanted walls for the roof. The downstairs is either one big space, or if you go with the standard version, you'll get a small room sectioned off on the first floor, suitable for a bathroom. The windows all open and close on click.
The walls are a bit grungy and have a lived-in feel that makes this cottage different than the gleaming new look a lot of other houses have. The paint is peeling off the windows and doors a bit, and the roof could stand to have some new shingles put on. The proportions are a bit more realistic, without 15 foot tall doors and rooms so huge they dwarf your furniture, like some houses out there. If you're looking for a cozy, lived-in feeling, this cottage is for you!
The house uses some mesh parts, so unlinking it will increase prim count.
