This is a cozy, family-sized home with a footprint of about 15x20 square meters. The home could have as many as 6 bedrooms, depending how you furnish them. It has a lived-in feel with wall textures that are a little rough and faded.
There are three versions included. First is a version with a basement (97 Land Impact) that will require terraforming a hole for the house. Then there is the no-basement version (88 Land Impact). Lastly, there is a super trim version for people on a prim budget. It has no porch, shutters, or downstairs bedroom (66 Land Impact).
The main floor has a big open space, a bathroom, and a bedroom/study or whatever you want to use it as. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a fold-down ladder leading to the attic. The basement version has a basement with two rooms.
The house has been built so that most of the rooms can be retextured separately, if desired. It uses some mesh parts, so unlinking it will increase prim count.
The attic stairs are not linked, so rez the house in edit mode to keep them in position when you move the house.

I'm so glad I found your houses, I love them SO MUCH! Great use of land impact, love the attic space with the drop-down ladder, and the texturing is perfect. Not to mention the PRICES!
Nice
Despite my friends saying it looks like a doll house, it is a personal favorite that I use over the larger houses. Rooms are a decent sized, large entry area, good for a small group of friends/family.
REally a nice house
SUper nice house, perfect for my little plot of land, thank you, wonderful wonderful build!
Great for large families
I liked that this house has an open main floor for lots of living/dining/kitchen furniture placement options. The bedrooms are all a good size (regardless which house version you go with) and they are easily re-textured for kids or whatnot. I'm happy to finally have a big family home that isn't hogging all my prims. I also think its pretty cool that the attic ladder is animated to fold up or come down. Customer service is great too :)
