This farmhouse has an attic with a folding ladder, giving it a total of three floors. It has a footprint of about 10 x 15 square meters. There are two rooms downstairs, two rooms on the second story, and one big open space in the attic. This grungy version of the farmhouse has peeling paint, rough siding, and crooked shutters.
The attic stairs are unlinked from the rest of the house. Rez the house while in edit mode to more easily move and position the house. Unlinking build will increase prim count.

I'm so glad I found your houses, I love them SO MUCH! Great use of land impact, love the attic space with the drop-down ladder, and the texturing is perfect. Not to mention the PRICES!

Unfortunately there was no foldable ladder so I am going to have to buy one now. Still it is an awesome little country farm type house.
