A floor circle with 15 basic looks, sit animation, and rising particles (can be turned off). It rotates and responds to sit by animating the AV and with a particle effect. See the pictures and features listed below.
MENU features: 15 texturing options, 3 rotation speeds plus still setting, several particle effect styles (or off), 10 colors and color cycling controlled separately for circle and particles, 12 glow levels, and 12 sizes.
OTHER features: Modable prims so you can customize further. Change the sit anim by replacing the anim file with another one, and set hovertext to appear at the circle center. Auto-update system.

Note: best on opaque (non-alpha) floors, same as any alpha-textured circle.
