This build has two sides: one side has 7 apartments with the ground floor available for merchant leasing, while the other has 8 apartments, for a total of 15 apartments. I've recently renovated the build to reduce prim count and script lag. It has gone from a whopping 325 prims to a lean 178. The door scripts have been updated to the latest low-lag version.
