Great quality, stupidly good price.
It's a very open space. The "Loft" section above the main floor leaves some to be desired, the odd step-down from the other space is awkward and the length of it makes placing a bed up there difficult. There's really no 'good' place to put a bathroom either. But for what you pay- it's stellar. Even if you end up not liking it, for $99L it's practically free, and the quality outweighs the price by far.
