Automatic Sunbeams (Resize+Tintable+Manual Dim Switch) Version 2.0

One Copy+Mod, resizable and tintable sculpted prim realistic bunch of sunbeams with slowly and smoothly animated texture that mimics the effect dust particles produce in sunbeams in real life.

Easily switch between two operation modes:

In automatic mode the beams will slowly dim in and remain visible whenever the sun is up, then they will dim out and remain invisible when the sun is down. They check for the sun position every 5 minutes.

In manual mode the sunbeams will dim in or out and stay visible or invisible until you switch to automatic mode again.

The dimming in and out is performed in 5 steps one second each, so the sunbeams will gently show or hide.

Switching between modes is done via simple chat commands in private channel 22 and the sunbeams only react to commands issued by the owner.

Includes a clearly explained configuration file where you can edit the following parameters: transparency, glow, dim speed, automatic mode timer interval, and channel to listen for commands.

Experiment with the transparency, colour, texture repeats & rotation angle, as well as size/shape/nature of the prim and the emitted light, and one single light ray texture can result in a number of different light rays.

The script that animates the beams and controls its operation is Copy+NoMod.
