Included here is an Alpha file that can be worn with upper arm cuff tops and accessories.
This works to hide the avatar skin in the area indicated in the ad pics for all BOM or BOM-enabled mesh bodies, the SL Default avatar, and SL Senra Jamie and Senra Blake avatars.

These alpha bands are perfectly placed on the arms. Now I can wear all those cute shoulderless dresses and tops that otherwise have ratty arms ;0
