the interiors are spacious and with the extras provided you can add much more variation to the structure with neutral colours to the interiors to allow subtle tinting, also provided are extra floating/partition walls for both basement and apartment to allow extra rooms to be separated within these core areas, templates are also provided via sl or external source for those wanting unconstrained textures forced by sl upload.
this allows even further customization for the internal rooms.

Pretty good
I love UJ for their urban products, and I love these Brownstones because they remind me of home. But I wish you would consider updating these to mesh. I was able to do a little face lift with these by taking out the doors and adding mesh ones which was fairly easy. But the mesh gives it a more three dimensional look. Please consider updating!

<3 Perfect for urban RP
I have more than one of URBAN JUNGLE'S things,and they are all great. No complaints. When I bought the Brownstones a folder wasn't there, and he took care of it with no problems. All of the things I have purchased here have really worked perfectly for the gritty, urban RP I spend time in.

These are very nice and still have low land impact.
Could be improved by wallpaper options, or by also selling the textures used for the walls so you can change the wallpaper.
