Ballinger's Bel Air Villa

Ballinger's Bel Air is designed to be a beautiful addition to a wealthy suburb, catering to the needs of a single person, couple or family.

Through the covered Portico, you enter the large Foyer with it's impressive staircase. To the right are the Dining Room, which is open to the Kitchen. To the left are 3 large Living Rooms and a Sunroom or Conservatory and ample access to both the front Veranda and the Garden Loggia.

Upstairs, the landing gives access to a large Bedroom and another room that can be a Bath, or Bedroom, or Nursery. The Hallway gives access to the front Terrace and two further Bedrooms, each with doors to the Garden Terrace. At the end is the Master Bedroom with Ensuite and doors to the Terrace.

As with all my builds, this is copy and modify, so you can change textures to suit yourself. Rooms can be redesignated, also.

Doors can be controlled by the owner by going into the Content page and carefully resetting the various commands.
