Ballinger's St. Charles Place

Ballinger's St. Charles Place is based on the villa built in New Orleans for John Robb and completed in 1854.

The ground floor is a large raised basement, so a grand split stairway leads you up to the first floor entrance. Inside a long Hallway opens on both sides: to the left are the Living Room with sliding doors to the Dining Room and further to the Kitchen; to the left is the Master Bedroom with Ensuite and the Library, with a hidden door to the Cellars. At the end of the hall is the skylit Solarium with access to the Garden Veranda.

Doors can be set to close at different times, as you wish, by using the "close delay."
