Ballinger's Cottage is a small house that lives large, perfect for a couple, single person or skybox.

Passing through the front door, you enter the open Living/Dining/Kitchen, with French Doors leading to a Terrace and your garden. Up a few steps, you enter the Bedroom, with a Juliet Balcony overlooking your garden, and an Ensuite Bath.

Large windows, high ceilings and an open plan expand the space. Neutral colours throughout will compliment any decor.

Doors will open automatically for everyone and remain open for 13 seconds; this can be changed by the owner.
