Ballinger's Deco Cottage is a compact home that will fit anywhere.

Entering from the street side, you find yourself in a small sitting room with window-walls on two sides and access to the Terrace. Up two steps is the large Living Room, with 7m high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the terrace.

On the other side of the sitting room are the Bedroom and Ensuite Bath, both with terrace access.

You, of course, may re-purpose these rooms. The house is modify/copy, allowing you to redecorate as you wish, made easier by the fact that the walls are all aligned texture-wise.

The awnings can be easily discarded, if you don't want them.

Doors are owner-controlled.
