Ballinger's Grosse Point Guest House is designed to complement the Grosse Point Tudor, but can easily stand alone as a home for one or two people or a small family.

You first enter the cozy Living Room, with its Fireplace and French Doors leading to the Terrace. Off this are the Kitchen and spacious Dining Room, also with Terrace access. Climbing the short stair from the Living Room, you enter the Double-height Grand Hall, with its bank of floor-to-ceiling windows, Fireplace, Bookcases and Terrace access.
Upstairs are two Guest Suites, one having a Juliet balcony overlooking the Grand Hall and both having private ensuites.
Set with a neutral palette, the interior is ready for you to decorate in whatever style you prefer.
The house is, as always, modify/copy so you can make it your own.
Doors are owner-controlled, but currently set to close after 13seconds, except the doors on the Juliet balcony will remain open until manually closed.
The fire in the Living Room is set to burn only at night.
