Ballinger's Normandy Farmhouse is equally at home in a village, with the main entrance facing the street and the courtyard gates to the side. Built in two periods, the first 16th century wing contains the Sitting Room and old Kitchen, which has it's fireplace where meals were cooked. Above these is the loft, now converted to an Owner's Suite.
Along a passage that faces the Courtyard, you enter the huge Living Hall in the new wing. Windows and doors here provide light and access to both the Courtyard and a side garden. Up the stairs in the Tower are 3 Bedrooms: a Guest Suite, Bedroom and the aforementioned Owner's Suite.
