Ballinger's Greenwich House

Ballinger's Greenwich is reminiscent of a smaller, but still grand mansion from the Gilded Age.

Enter the house either through the front door, or the Porte Cochere and find yourself in the Foyer. To the left is the huge Living Room with the Dining Room separated from it only by columns. The Dining Room has 3 sets of French Doors leading to the covered Veranda. Behind a door in the Dining Room is a large, eat-in Kitchen. To the left of the Living Room is the panelled Library, with Fireplace and Bookcase [which you can remove if you don't want it, and French doors to a Terrace. Behind this is a Sunroom that glows with natural light and French doors to the open Veranda.

Up the stairs, you can pause on the landing to look back at the entrance, before making your way to the second floor. To the left are more French Doors leacing to a large Terrace over the Porte Cochere. This level has two Master Suites: one with Bedroom, Ensuite and access to a Terrace; the second with a Bedroom and large Ensuite. There are two additional Bedrooms and a hall Bath.

The fire in the library can be set to be on all the time, only during the day, or never. You may open doors as usual, or just walk to them and they'll open automatically. The owner can reset the timing on them, but most are currently set to remain open for 13 seconds.
