A little side project to build a modest home with a built in pool. It consists of a 32x32 block that holds a 2 story home and a pool. There are two versions, one with the pool on the left hand side, and the other with the pool on the right hand side. Both designs take up only 4 LI each. The bundle includes doors (one that swings to the left, the other to the right), each one that takes up only 1 LI, so the total including either building and a door is 5 LI. Note that I haven't scripted the pool, but it's easy enough to add scripting and animations, or adding floats to enable swimming. I've set the build to mod and copy, so you can change the design to your whim, and use them in all of your builds. I ended up having some texturing issues with the 'sides' of the block upon which the house is sitting, so I'm offering it for cheap.
