The Beach Container Cabin is very minimal.
It is a one room dwelling, only 13 land impact and the room has an area of 6x13. It is meant for when the beautiful beachy days are not so beachy and you have to stay in-doors but you still get to see the amazing view.
Also included is the Urban Container Cabin which is exactly the same but has a different texture for that modern city feeling.
These cabins are copy and mod, no transfer and partial mesh. You see the no mod only because of the script. It is also not furnished.

After searching high and low for the perfect little house for my small beach plot and trying out countless places, and lots of wasted lindens, I came across this and it's L$1, so I gave it a try. Wow, just wow. I love it. Can modify and make it a bit larger, fits perfectly on my land, very low land impact and enough space for a bed and my couches ... SUPER HAPPY!!
