Coco Island Beach House is a single-storey wooden house on stilts.
It is perfect for the beach or the lake, next to the river.
It has 3 spacious rooms, tall windows, high ceilings and double-doors in every rooms.
This house is 38 land impact and 17x17. It is partial mesh. It fits a 1024 plot nicely.
All doors lead to the outdoor decks which I have built on opposite sides of the house. There are no doors inside.
I have made a rezzer for easy positioning and also added the island plot and palms which are optional.
Coco Island Beach House is copy, no mod and no transfer. It does NOT come with furnitures.

After searching high and low for the perfect little house for my small beach plot and trying out countless places, and lots of wasted lindens, I came across this and it's L$1, so I gave it a try. Wow, just wow. I love it. Can modify and make it a bit larger, fits perfectly on my land, very low land impact and enough space for a bed and my couches ... SUPER HAPPY!! I have a very tiny plot of land and finding something that is low prim and still somewhat roomy has been a huge problem. This fits perfectly and still allows me to furnish it nicely. Very well made! Thank you!
