Nice beach house for your needs, due to sophisticated texturing it looks nice at any time of the day as well as night. Extremely low prim impact, by scaling down it's possible to push it to 3 prims at about 7 x 4.5 x 6 x 6.5 meters.
Intention was to create a beach house, but you might use it for any other purpose.

I took a star off because you cannot retexture it easy and for the stairs, that are wider than the door but not really in any meaningful way, should be adjusted so they match the door, or extended cutely across both the door and the window. The stairs should be removeable too.
I did buy this for the low Li, but even a little more to have separated stairs and easier faces to texture would have been preferred. Thanks still as it is also lovely on its own. I personally think the 99 Lindens is too high because you do need to download the texture maps to retexture it, which, are not included, and you can't change the stairs.
Would Pay Much More!
This is a gem! Beautifully made with precise texture work and an authentic feel. Can't beat 5LI for this type of quality.
As I said to another's comment about the door scripts:
I would have easily spent L$500 on this tiny house. The door has a notecard, yes, but also if you click, hold, and drag on the door, an easy-to-use menu will pop-up for control features and you can use that instead. The notecard only comes into play if you need to list specific people that can use it. There is even a "Kool door Users" group you can join and ask them questions about the door.

I bough this long ago never made a review, this is absolutely amazing, its modify, extremely low prim and very well made, we can edit everything and works for me I hope it does to others I rarely make reviews but I had to leave a comment on this one since I found it and remembered about it, its simply great, had a lot of good memories working with it.
Door script should be explained
Miss a notecard explaining the Kool Doors script. And it should be mentioned that default is that only owner can open the door unless you modify the notecard in the door. I needed the door to be open for everyone, but had no idea how to do that so I ended up deleting the door.
