This is basically a flat prim with a texture and rotation script. It's rather blurry up close.
But hey, for 1L it does the job.......if you're not wanting something fancy.

This guy looks great circling over a rocky outcropping and waterfall in my sky. He makes a nice, smooth turn -- looks very realistic from below. And at L$1, you can't beat the price!

For being 2d it's surprisingly looks realistic in the sky circling overhead. For a $1 you can't go wrong, great for ambiance.

Only 3 prims, simple structured to do what you expect (circles in the sky around a center point). One normal birdand two with particle effects. You can´t do anything wrong when you buy it. Very easy to use.
