If you know me at all, I always wear a Top Hat.
I never really got into the Hair thing, so the Top Hat persona was adopted and I like it.
There are a lot of things you can do in a Top Hat!

As a Bonus I have included another duplicate Hat in which I have animated the Skull for a little fun!
The animated hat is no modify, because the animation will break if it is resized.
It is based on my Man Sized head, so men should have no problem. Women it may be a bit big,
Also makes a great ground item at Halloween or Classic Skull themed Events
