The design of Coeur Lieuvin Cottage is based on houses in the Basque region of Normandie, France. These are half-timber and granite construction. The house is two floors with the upstairs left with roof lathing exposed.
The cottage has two floors with a traditional staircase between floors. The upper floor has space for two bedrooms, with a small area between rooms. The bottom floor has a large lounge area. The back door will be found in this room. The foyer area also has a door leading to a large area, another door leading to a smaller area that could be a bathroom or kitchen, and a third door for a closet. The house could be modified to provide a basement.
The doors can be locked with a configurable allow list, and auto-close timing is adjustable or can be disabled. Internal and external doors can be configured separately.
Privacy through the windows can be set to control the transparency of the stained glass separately on each floor, and you can also control the stairwell window separately.
