Landimpact and versions:

Included are 3 versions of the house:
- complete (including plants, fireplace, ceiling beams, most windows openable): 157 Li
- no plants (without the plants; static windows): 134 Li
- basic (without plants, fireplace, ceiling beams; static windows): 129 Li

(Landimpact can change if you resize it!)

Size: about 23.6 x 21.6 meters
==> fits on a 1024 sqm parcel, but at least 2048 sqm are recommanded

Everything is modify + copy, no transfer (except scripts, which are just copy)
The house is 100% original mesh (plants are not my creations)

- scripted fireplace (fire on/off, with crackle sound)
- Kool Door system; you can change access and open/close behaviour for each door and the windows (only 'complete' version)
- can be stretched smaller (e.g. for smaller avatars)
- separate shadow/ambient occlusion layer for the inner floors ==> you can texture the floor (each room individually) without losing the shadows/AO
- good distant view even on LOD 2

UPDATES:

v 1.1 (06/26/2022):
- changed sliding doors at the front side in all versions (opening 2/3 now instead 1/3 before)
- added scripted/openable windows to the "complete" version (+ 2 Li = 157 now)
