Landimpact and versions:

Included are 3 versions of the house with adjustet texture bakings (shadows):
- Complete: 74 Li
- Default: 63 Li
- Basic: 41 Li

(Landimpact can change if you resize it or unlink all parts at once!)

Size: about 25 x 20 meters
==> fits on a 1024 sqm parcel
--> free footprint object available at the shop and demo area!

Everything is modify + copy, no transfer (except scripts, which are just copy)
The house is 100% original mesh (plants are not my creations)

- scripted doors, lights, blinds, doorbell, house controller
- kitchen with island included, texture changer with presets and individual texturing
- living room cabinets/shelves included (optional)
- plants on the deck are included
- Kool Door system; you can change access and open/close behaviour for each door and window separate
- everything linked, so the house can be easily resized (also smaller)
- different texture faces for each wall, floor and ceiling of each room for your customization (texture/tinting)
- good distance view even on LOD 2
