Included are 2 versions of the house:
- complete: 103 Li
- basic (without plants, fireplace, ceiling lights, blinds etc.): 75 Li

(Landimpact can change if you resize it!)

Size: about 34 x 25 meters
==> minimum 2048 sqm parcel required
--> free footprint object available at the shop and demo area!

Everything is modify + copy, no transfer (except scripts, which are just copy)
The house is 100% original mesh (plants are not my creations)

- scripted fireplace (fire on/off)
- Kool Door system; you can change access and open/close behaviour for each door separate
- scripted blinds (4 height levels + open/close texture change)
- scripted ceiling lights
- central controllers for blinds, ceiling lights and access level (also for doors)
- working door bell ;)
- everything linked, so the house can be easily resized
- different texture faces for each wall, floor and ceiling of each room for your customization (texture/tinting)
- good distance view even on LOD 2
