Basic infos about the Genlake House:

Landimpact and versions:

Included are 3 versions of the house:
- Default with kitchen: 82 Li
- Default w/o kitchen: 71 Li
- basic (without plants, kitchen, ladder and some other stuff.): 63 Li

(Landimpact can change if you resize it or unlink all parts at once!)

Size: about 21 x 21 meters
==> minimum 1024 sqm parcel required
--> free footprint object available at the shop and demo area!

Everything is modify + copy, no transfer (except scripts, which are just copy)
The house is 100% original mesh (plants are not my creations)

- scripted doors and windows
- optional kitchen included (decoration; basic color is white, so easily tintable)!
- plants on the outer deck are included!
- Kool Door system; you can change access and open/close behaviour for each door and window separate
- scripted door bell
- everything linked, so the house can be easily resized
- different texture faces for each wall, floor and ceiling of each room for your customization (texture/tinting)
- good distance view even on LOD 2
