This skybox building needs only 42 prims and fits on a 512 parcel.
A scripted fire place with smoking chimney and one way look thru windows makes this place complete.
A nice garden on front of the building and a pleasant hottub with animated poseballs outdoor in the back lets you enjoy your privat place in the sky, away from the crowd on land.
ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.
If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
