2 Storey rustic / urban styled building; usable for your main store or mall. Suits well on a corner of sim or just anywhere :)

The build is modify and copy so you will be able to easily expand or reduce the size and replace textures.

Because there are a few phantom prims (stairs + doors), it is recommended to rezz the building while you are in edit mode.

Default size: 39x39x12m / 146 prims. 4 rooms and a roof terrace.

How come you can walk through the walls. And they aren't Phantom? same with the floor.....

the floor sticks out a little bit everywhere that results in a light flickering in the dark exterior..
