Ultra low prim building (27 land impact), a 4096 sized land required because of the size. 41meters x 40meters 14 meters tall. Baked shadows adorn this modern minimalistic build with excellent physics, no furniture, no scripts, no animations, just the highly detailed structure inside and out.
Many possible uses, pool house, home, shop, filler structure.

Rezzed it in world and was surprised how perfect it is. Visually it's beautiful and impressive, and low prim count for such nice details. Wow, great job on it.

Solid Build

I was looking for something a bit different for the suface area of one of my parcels, and the Modern cabana fit the bill just right. It's a solid, tight and well done build. It also has some very nice shadow work. This is a good build for anyone looking for an open spaced grungy setting.
