The Deekay NYC Warehouse Skybox is styled after classic Manhattan and Brooklyn warehouses of the 19th and 20th century, all without asbestos, lead paint, building codes, air quality issues, building degradation, or trespassers! At 34 land impact, it definitely won't fling your poorly built parcel over limit, and at its 16m x 25m size, it should fit nicely in most parcels as well. It comes modify so you can remove the lighting effects if you hate things that look good, as well as the pillars inside if you want more room.
