Roomy and open, the Denali gives you plenty of space without using up all your prims. At just 263 prims it offers plenty of living space on the ground level as well as a spacious loft area upstairs. There are four large bedrooms, a double fireplace, and a full kitchen, as well as a large patio.
The front room and upstairs loft feature huge windows that are tintable by touching the controller in the front room if you want privacy. The inside and outside can be tinted to different levels so you can make the outside dark for privacy while leaving the inside lighter so you can see out.
The stone double fireplace has custom made opening doors and a fire that lights at a touch to the logs. Smoke comes from the chimney along with a warm glow and cozy crackling sound when the fire is lit. A box of firewood adds to the realism.
The kitchen features working mesh appliances and a sink that fills and drains by touching the faucet.
It also has a texture changing roof from summer to winter, including icicles hanging from the eaves. Just touch the roof to change it (owner only).
The large patio has plenty of room for furniture and has a cedar privacy fence at one corner for a hot tub.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money. Customer service is very important to me and I will do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
