Diore Condo

The Diore Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 4.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 17 m by 32 m, consisting of a twin spacious rooms of approx 16 sqm, each room has dual aspect faux french doors. There is an opening between the rooms. The decor is bright and the walls are textured and contains a tinting script, so you can color each room to your taste.
