Studio Dorado is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 4.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 18 m by 18 m, consisting of a spacious main room of 17m sq with triple aspect faux French doors, The décor is ornate and is using a shaded and textured UV map which i do not recommend changing. The floor has specular materials.
There is a working fireplace which is activated on and off by clicking the front face of hearth stone.
The chandelier contains and on/off lighting script that is activated by clicking the chandelier.
