UPDATED (11/06/12) I'm a huge fan of updating older builds to keep them current. So for this, which was one of my very first builds... I redid the textures, adding subtle shading to the nooks and crannies. A brand new roof was added as well as new window frames, both sculpted and loverly... I added texture change options to each of the four windows. You now get a choice between stained glass, rained upon glass and simply glass and the door script was updated to something a bit simpler. It opens, it closes how badass is that?! Also replaced the steps, with a sculpt that has a tidier binding box... And last but not least, I set the field house up on a rezzer box.

This was a fun project that I started with a friend of mine who is a building God. I made a one room shack, he made an entire town! All the same, I had a blast, and so did he. And what I ended up with, was a small one room Stone Field House, And from it, I made another perched high upon a set of stilts, with driftwood steps guiding you up to the door. I dressed it up with stained glass windows, and shabby doors. Then I gave it an additional room, AND even a back porch. This dandy little cottage would be perfect for using near water. With a porch like that, you could sit on the edge and fish the lazy day away with friends! I personally love how the entire collection of field houses has unfolded into a three building project, all themed together, and perfect for your Roleplay village, be it rentals or mock store space. Oooh the potential is endless! And still, even with the additions, I've managed to keep the prim count low at only 66!

Excellent Service
I bought two of these cottages, the service from the builder was awesome, very helpful!! The cottages look great on the sim, very quirky and the texturing is first class!
