I made this to go with the cave and tunnel set I bought from K&H.
The Tower is 25 LI at current size without the water pool. (un-linking or changing size may change the LI - sometimes for the better).
Full Perm to suit your own needs. I put water in the bottom part of mine.
Rez Water from inventory if you use it. I threw it in as an afterthought. Duplicating on the ground will cause the script to stop. Although you can always put your own in. It's just a slow texture rotation.
